We start every project with a kick-off meeting to gain as much information as we can about your company and the project. We delve into questions such as how you want your organisation to think and feel – and what you want to do. We often work with our clients over several sessions in the development phase, honing your messaging and content to ensure that the outcome will meet your objectives.
We take our time to get to know you before we begin to strategise your communications. As with everything we do, we start with your ‘why’. We want to understand how you work with your team, and how they view you, so we can come up with the most effective plan.
Different strategies suit different organisations and messaging – we’ll recommend the approach that best matches the situation. For example, we have used humour and storytelling to deliver memorable leadership campaigns. We have involved employees in our films to create a sense of team.
